Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B and product marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Analytical ability to use data for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligning with service line and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to execute initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Lead product marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as liaison between General Manager, corporate marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategy.
  • Develop and optimize lead/demand generation strategies to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Guide creation of marketing content including case studies, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Monitor performance and report on campaign results, marketing ROI, and key metrics.
  • Support sales enablement through development of product guides, presentations, and demo scripts.
  • Manage and track the service line marketing budget.
