Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, or professional services.
- Background in enterprise cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or digital risk.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architectures.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, network security).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong public-speaking presence at industry events.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Engage with CISOs to address challenges in perimeter security and real-time fraud management.
- Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
- Showcase integration with enterprise security infrastructure like SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, and TXM.
- Lead Technical Deep Dive meetings with customers.
- Represent Cleafy at industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions.
- Report key market insights and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and technical security assessments.
