Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful commercial sales experience.
  • SaaS industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager for an install base.
  • Proven track record of proactive pipeline generation, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Knowledge of SaaS buying process and procurement cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and discovery skills.
  • Experience conducting remote product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identification to contract close.
  • Perform proactive account engagement via targeted outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and business goals.
  • Implement solutions-based selling to articulate Wrike's ROI.
  • Deliver compelling remote product demonstrations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on usage and adoption metrics.
  • Manage pipeline effectively using Salesforce, SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
