Requirements
- 5+ years of successful commercial sales experience.
- SaaS industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager for an install base.
- Proven track record of proactive pipeline generation, cross-sell, and upsell.
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from qualification to close.
- Strong proficiency in outbound prospecting strategies.
- Knowledge of SaaS buying process and procurement cycles.
- Exceptional communication and discovery skills.
- Experience conducting remote product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from identification to contract close.
- Perform proactive account engagement via targeted outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and business goals.
- Implement solutions-based selling to articulate Wrike's ROI.
- Deliver compelling remote product demonstrations.
- Identify expansion opportunities based on usage and adoption metrics.
- Manage pipeline effectively using Salesforce, SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
