Requirements

- Deep hands-on familiarity with the iOS App Store
- Ability to code in Python or Java
- Experience shipping AI or ML features in a consumer product
- Strong B2C product instincts
- Experience in an early-stage product environment
- Prior remote work experience
- Fluency with remote collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile product roadmap with a focus on consumer engagement, retention, and delight
- Lead App Store strategy including release planning, guideline compliance, and submission management
- Work directly with engineering to review technical approaches and contribute to architecture discussions
- Identify, scope, and deliver AI-powered features
- Define success metrics and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with design on consumer-facing UX
