Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience.
- Deep expertise in mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Proven ability to lead projects of increasing complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong hands-on capabilities in wireframing, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience running usability testing and rapid experimentation loops.
- Experience using data to inform design decisions (e.g., FullStory, Amplitude, Lyssna, UserTesting).
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Experience with AI-supported design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Cursor).
- Confident communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas within the GoDaddy Mobile App.
- Define UX strategy, frameworks, and scalable design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Prototype, validate, and iterate using tools like Figma, Make, and Cursor.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, scope, and trade-offs.
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and design reviews.
- Mentor junior designers through feedback and hands-on collaboration.
