Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including leadership responsibilities across complex digital products and client-facing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience designing within CMS-driven ecosystems, with WordPress experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear UX flows, journeys, and systems that support engineering implementation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality UX work that improves usability, engagement, or conversion metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed environments while maintaining clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across client projects, shaping user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and ready for implementation.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, product teams, and clients to define scope, prioritize work, and make informed trade-offs that protect user experience quality.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models that guide product development.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders, transforming complex inputs into structured decisions and actionable UX deliverables.
- Define and evolve UX patterns, design foundations, and reusable structures that improve consistency and accelerate delivery across teams.
- Apply strong CMS expertise (especially WordPress) to design within content models, templates, and modular systems.
- Drive improvements in usability, conversion, engagement, and onboarding through thoughtful, evidence-based UX design.
