Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including leadership responsibilities across complex digital products and client-facing environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing within CMS-driven ecosystems, with WordPress experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear UX flows, journeys, and systems that support engineering implementation.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality UX work that improves usability, engagement, or conversion metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed environments while maintaining clarity, structure, and momentum.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across client projects, shaping user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and ready for implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, product teams, and clients to define scope, prioritize work, and make informed trade-offs that protect user experience quality.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models that guide product development.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders, transforming complex inputs into structured decisions and actionable UX deliverables.
  • Define and evolve UX patterns, design foundations, and reusable structures that improve consistency and accelerate delivery across teams.
  • Apply strong CMS expertise (especially WordPress) to design within content models, templates, and modular systems.
  • Drive improvements in usability, conversion, engagement, and onboarding through thoughtful, evidence-based UX design.
