Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products.
- Proven experience leading UX work across complex web or mobile experiences.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (WordPress strongly preferred).
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills to seek input and challenge assumptions.
- Experience collaborating with product teams and engineers.
- Track record of shipping polished UX that improves usability or conversion.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and priorities.
- Translate business goals into user journeys, IA, and interaction models.
- Develop UX patterns and design foundations.
- Facilitate workshops to align client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Design within content models, templates, and reusable blocks using CMS experience.
