Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Leadership experience in complex digital products and client-facing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience designing within CMS-driven ecosystems.
- WordPress experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear UX flows and systems.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality UX work.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.
- Collaborative and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across client projects.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to define scope and prioritize work.
- Translate business requirements into user journeys and information architecture.
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Define and evolve UX patterns, design foundations, and reusable structures.
- Apply CMS expertise, particularly with WordPress, to design modular systems.
- Drive improvements in usability, conversion, and engagement.
