Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive CRM and lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Experience managing a full program spanning multiple channels and business units.
  • Omni-channel expertise across eCommerce and physical retail.
  • Deep platform expertise: CEP/ESP (Braze or equivalent), CDP, predictive intelligence tools, SMS, and loyalty infrastructure.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI integrations and API-driven workflows.
  • Ability to partner with design teams to produce brand-rich creative.
  • Analytical ability to translate LTV and engagement data into business cases.
  • Retail or omni-channel background.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full email and SMS calendar across all business units.
  • Lead personalization strategy including dynamic content and AI-powered recommendations.
  • Build, scale, and optimize full automation architecture.
  • Evaluate and implement CRM technologies, including vendor roadmap management.
  • Manage CDP and predictive intelligence platforms as strategic assets.
  • Evolve the loyalty program into a relationship platform.
  • Serve as the CRM voice in cross-functional planning and GTM strategy.
  • Manage the full financial picture for CRM, including P&L accountability.
  • Develop and lead the CRM team.
