Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive CRM and lifecycle marketing experience.
- Experience managing a full program spanning multiple channels and business units.
- Omni-channel expertise across eCommerce and physical retail.
- Deep platform expertise: CEP/ESP (Braze or equivalent), CDP, predictive intelligence tools, SMS, and loyalty infrastructure.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI integrations and API-driven workflows.
- Ability to partner with design teams to produce brand-rich creative.
- Analytical ability to translate LTV and engagement data into business cases.
- Retail or omni-channel background.
Responsibilities
- Own the full email and SMS calendar across all business units.
- Lead personalization strategy including dynamic content and AI-powered recommendations.
- Build, scale, and optimize full automation architecture.
- Evaluate and implement CRM technologies, including vendor roadmap management.
- Manage CDP and predictive intelligence platforms as strategic assets.
- Evolve the loyalty program into a relationship platform.
- Serve as the CRM voice in cross-functional planning and GTM strategy.
- Manage the full financial picture for CRM, including P&L accountability.
- Develop and lead the CRM team.
