Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience with system configuration, people data analysis, process design and quality assurance
- Advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel, or similar analytical tools
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- Proactive, reliable self-starter
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing current-state data and performance indicators to identify process gaps ahead of system implementation
- Brainstorming and redesigning HR processes: from document flows to performance reviews and self-service forms
- Configuring and replicating workflows and other HRMS components
- Validating and resolving configuration issues and errors
- Testing business scenarios and collecting UAT feedback
- Mapping and migrating legacy and current people data
- Supporting access setup and integration testing
