Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar post-sale commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep knowledge of account management practices and customer health methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS commercial models.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder customer situations.
- Strong ability to identify patterns and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in creating practical frameworks and reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-value accounts with full accountability for retention, growth, and C-suite engagement.
- Coach Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on customer planning and growth strategy.
- Perform proactive outreach to manage new product rollouts and field escalations.
- Lead joint planning conversations to deepen platform adoption.
- Maintain segment-level reporting on customer health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities.
- Surface product/support friction points to drive business action.
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer for the segment.
- Develop consistent AM processes, playbooks, and forecasting practices.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage complex escalations.
- Support the transition to segment-based account management.
