Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar post-sale commercial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of account management practices and customer health methodologies.
  • Experience with SaaS commercial models.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder customer situations.
  • Strong ability to identify patterns and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating practical frameworks and reporting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-value accounts with full accountability for retention, growth, and C-suite engagement.
  • Coach Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on customer planning and growth strategy.
  • Perform proactive outreach to manage new product rollouts and field escalations.
  • Lead joint planning conversations to deepen platform adoption.
  • Maintain segment-level reporting on customer health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities.
  • Surface product/support friction points to drive business action.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer for the segment.
  • Develop consistent AM processes, playbooks, and forecasting practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally to manage complex escalations.
  • Support the transition to segment-based account management.
