Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar post-sale commercial roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of account management practices and SaaS commercial models.
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer situations.
  • Proven experience identifying patterns and translating them into scalable solutions.
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching skills.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high-value accounts with full accountability for retention, growth, and executive relationship management.
  • Coach Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on customer planning, risk mitigation, and growth strategy.
  • Lead joint planning conversations with customers to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain segment-level reporting on customer health and renewal risk.
  • Surface friction points in a data-informed way to drive business action.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer for the segment.
  • Partner with leadership to develop AM processes and playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and manage escalations.
