Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar post-sale commercial roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep knowledge of account management practices and SaaS commercial models.
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer situations.
- Proven experience identifying patterns and translating them into scalable solutions.
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching skills.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for workflow improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value accounts with full accountability for retention, growth, and executive relationship management.
- Coach Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on customer planning, risk mitigation, and growth strategy.
- Lead joint planning conversations with customers to uncover growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain segment-level reporting on customer health and renewal risk.
- Surface friction points in a data-informed way to drive business action.
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer for the segment.
- Partner with leadership to develop AM processes and playbooks.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and manage escalations.
