Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or high-touch service roles.
- Must be available Thursday–Monday, 8:00–11:00 AM ET and 2:00–10:00 PM ET.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of personal accountability, initiative, and autonomy.
- Proficiency with video conferencing, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience in household staffing, nanny placement, or domestic employment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized intake calls with clients to define household needs.
- Draft and broadcast job requisitions to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone and video screenings and verify credentials.
- Present curated candidate shortlists and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Facilitate a minimum of three reference checks per finalist.
- Coordinate background screenings through agency-approved channels.
- Draft and present offer letters and assist with work agreement walkthroughs.
- Conduct structured check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days post-placement.
