Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (interviewing, hiring, sourcing).
  • 7+ years in HR or recruiting environment preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across various levels of management.
  • HR or recruiting certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience with physician recruitment in private practice preferred.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience including offers and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for Physician, APRN, PA, IT, and other hard-to-fill roles.
  • Open and post new requisitions to internal and external job boards.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and networking strategies.
  • Prescreen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Present offers and conduct salary negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records and daily/weekly recruitment activity reports.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and company advocate.
  • Attend career fairs and professional venues as required.
