Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's preferred).
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (interviewing, hiring, sourcing).
- 7+ years in HR or recruiting environment preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across various levels of management.
- HR or recruiting certifications preferred.
- Prior experience with physician recruitment in private practice preferred.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience including offers and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for Physician, APRN, PA, IT, and other hard-to-fill roles.
- Open and post new requisitions to internal and external job boards.
- Develop and execute sourcing and networking strategies.
- Prescreen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Present offers and conduct salary negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records and daily/weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador and company advocate.
- Attend career fairs and professional venues as required.
