Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
  • Hands-on experience with market pricing and survey data, specifically Aon Radford.
  • Experience supporting sales incentive or commission plans.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Working knowledge of job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary banding.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Preferred: Experience in a public company, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with survey providers like Mercer, WTW, or Culpepper.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Workday or other HRIS/compensation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Apply job architecture and leveling frameworks to ensure global consistency.
  • Perform job evaluations and market pricing using Aon Radford.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to design and govern incentive and commission plans.
  • Support annual merit increase and incentive compensation processes.
  • Analyze compensation data for equity, compression, and competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leadership on compensation inquiries.
  • Audit compensation data accuracy in Workday HCM.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to provide insights on program effectiveness.
