- Professional software development experience (primarily Ruby + Rails).
- Experience with full-stack work with a preference for backend logic, data modeling, and system architecture.
- Ability to own projects and see them through.

- Collaborative mindset working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, clinical).
- Passion for improving behavioral health for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects end-to-end with a strong emphasis on backend systems, API design, and integrations.
- Scope features with product and design to shipping a finished feature into production.
- Write code across the entire stack (Ruby + Rails backend, Turbo/Tailwind frontend).
- Engage in a mix of heads-down and pairing time.
- Curate a great codebase through architecture discussions, automated testing, and code review.
- Bring a new perspective that helps the team grow and improve.
