Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development.
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CMS; experience with Headless CMS is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
- Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte).
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain documentation related to company products, processes, and training materials.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Create and maintain developer tutorials, developer guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
- Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples.
- Help teammates overcome obstacles and resolve blockers.
- Mentor teammates in an open and respectful manner.
