Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with CMS; Headless CMS experience is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus
- Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte)
- Working knowledge of Git
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- AI literacy
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain documentation related to products, processes, and training materials
- Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority for developers and customers
- Develop tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation
- Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples
- Resolve blockers and overcome obstacles for teammates
- Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, and flexible manner
