Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in compliance, IT audit, risk management, or security governance roles
- Proven experience building and managing compliance programs, audits, and risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and related standards
- Experience coordinating and managing external auditors and certification processes
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable and practical business processes
- Experience using compliance automation tools such as Vanta or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Own and scale global compliance initiatives across security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks
- Lead external audits and certification processes including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and related standards
- Develop, maintain, and improve policies, controls, and governance processes aligned with business needs
- Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support enterprise security reviews and compliance requests
- Manage vendor risk assessments and third-party compliance processes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks across the organization
- Leverage compliance automation tools to improve reporting, workflows, and audit readiness
