Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or Legal Contracts Manager.
  • Strong experience in contract drafting, reviewing, redlining, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Prior in-house legal department experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare law or regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of contract management systems, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, editing, tracking, and execution of legal agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare and revise legal contracts and supporting documentation under the supervision of senior legal leadership.
  • Maintain and update contract templates to ensure consistency with legal standards and internal guidelines.
  • Track contract status, deadlines, and obligations, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation within contract management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to resolve contract-related issues and support business needs.
  • Review contracts and prepare executive summaries highlighting key legal terms for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research to support contract development and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the legal department to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain organized contract databases and ensure secure handling of sensitive and confidential information.
