Experience: 5+ years

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
Expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
Workday certification in relevant modules preferred
Strong knowledge of business processes and security frameworks
Experience in multi-country and multi-currency environments
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and Business Processes
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, optimization, and end-to-end delivery of Workday PATT solutions
Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-release stabilization
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
Perform impact analysis for semi-annual releases
Develop and execute test plans and support UAT cycles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency
Maintain documentation for audit and compliance
Participate in agile sprint cycles
