Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, performance consulting, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning development.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level learning projects across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Excellent consulting and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end learning consulting engagements, including needs analysis, solution design, instructional strategy, and implementation planning for complex and high-impact initiatives.
- Design and develop scalable learning solutions such as training programs, frameworks, digital learning experiences, and performance support tools.
- Manage large cross-functional learning and development projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and learning partners to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning strategies.
- Guide and coordinate the work of instructional designers, developers, and other project contributors to ensure high-quality execution.
- Ensure all learning solutions align with accessibility, inclusion, branding, and enterprise quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of learning design methodologies, leveraging industry trends, adult learning principles, and performance consulting best practices.
- Support team capability development through coaching, onboarding, mentorship, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational change initiatives by designing learning experiences that facilitate adoption and employee engagement.
