Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, or Organizational Design
- Experience supporting succession planning, talent reviews, or workforce planning processes
- Strong ability to build HR frameworks, tools, templates, and structured documentation
- Solid analytical skills with experience working with HR or workforce data and generating insights
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical tools, processes, and training materials
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across HR and business teams
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain organizational design tools, role structures, and documentation supporting enterprise accountability and workforce clarity
- Support succession planning processes by maintaining tools, frameworks, and reporting that improve visibility into leadership pipelines and talent risks
- Produce workforce and talent insights through HR data analysis, reporting, and interpretation for business decision-making
- Design and implement career pathing frameworks and resources that support internal mobility and employee development
- Provide guidance and training to HR Business Partners and leaders on organizational design and talent management practices
- Create practical job aids, templates, and training materials to ensure consistent adoption of OD and talent frameworks
- Support execution of enterprise talent initiatives, organizational development projects, and annual talent review cycles
