Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in billing systems, payment operations, or revenue management.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in payment processing (ACH, chargebacks, reconciliation, disputes).
- Experience working within complex multi-platform ecosystems.
- Proven success driving automation and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audit support, and PCI-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of billing and payment platforms.
- Oversee billing execution including rating, invoicing, and generation.
- Ensure integrity across order-to-bill and service-to-bill workflows.
- Manage payment processing ecosystems, including ACH and autopay.
- Drive improvements in payment success rates through automation.
- Lead incident management and problem resolution efforts.
- Partner with finance, security, and operations for audits.
- Execute modernization strategies using AI and intelligent automation.
