Requirements

  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset and ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with banking or mortgage products is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive client engagement by handling inquiries and supporting clients through various stages of the mortgage application process, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • Deliver administrative support to the Mortgage Advisor, including document preparation, tracking applications, and maintaining accurate records to support business operations.
  • Assist in business development activities by supporting outreach efforts, identifying potential leads, and contributing to strategies that attract new clients.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication between clients, advisors, and internal teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Support post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and reinforce long-term relationships.
