Requirements
- Previous experience in client service, administrative support, or financial services, ideally with exposure to residential mortgage processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital systems and remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset and ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with banking or mortgage products is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive client engagement by handling inquiries and supporting clients through various stages of the mortgage application process, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Deliver administrative support to the Mortgage Advisor, including document preparation, tracking applications, and maintaining accurate records to support business operations.
- Assist in business development activities by supporting outreach efforts, identifying potential leads, and contributing to strategies that attract new clients.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication between clients, advisors, and internal teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Support post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and reinforce long-term relationships.
