Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, revenue operations, strategic finance, or deal desk functions.
  • At least 5 years of direct ownership over deal structuring, pricing, or commercial agreement governance.
  • Strong ability to build financial models, assess deal economics, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles, accrual accounting, and commercial finance operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining sound judgment.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders (CXO and senior leadership).
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end processes and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or mobile ecosystem environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and validate all revenue adjustments in weekly reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of underlying financial logic.
  • Maintain continuous reconciliation processes and ensure deal-related data integrity throughout reporting cycles.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional alignment sessions with Finance teams, delivering variance analysis and performance insights.
  • Oversee end-to-end deal structuring, from standard agreements to complex, non-standard commercial arrangements.
  • Define, maintain, and enforce deal approval frameworks, including eligibility thresholds and pricing governance.
  • Lead financial modeling and diligence for non-standard deals, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor deal performance, cash flow impacts, and accruals, proactively flagging deviations and risks.
  • Present monthly updates on active deal programs, including variance analysis against original assumptions.
  • Lead accrual reviews and ensure defensible financial positions supported by robust documentation and analysis.
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Analyst, ensuring high analytical rigor and strong execution standards across deliverables.
