Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Agribusiness, or related field.
- 6+ years of equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Knowledge of banking procedures and underwriting practices.
- Knowledge of agriculture and/or agribusiness industries.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing covenant compliance through review, validation, and analysis of borrowing base certificates.
- Analyze financial statements to assess repayment capacity, liquidity, and cash flow performance.
- Support underwriting teams with loan servicing actions and credit information preparation.
- Manage a designated portfolio of agriculture and capital markets credits.
- Review credit agreements, loan documents, and collateral information.
- Communicate financial trends and risk findings to internal stakeholders.
- Identify needs for additional financial information or investigation.
- Contribute to collateral control processes.
