Requirements
- Experience in digital strategy, business analysis, journey design, or similar roles within enterprise or consulting environments.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, AJO, and CJA.
- Familiarity with adjacent Adobe tools such as AEM Assets, Marketo, or Workfront is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies.
- Ability to translate business goals into structured technical requirements, use cases, and journey frameworks.
- Experience working with data concepts such as segmentation logic, identity models, event data, and behavioral signals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, measurement plans, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into structured customer journey maps, epics, and actionable digital use cases across B2C and B2B lifecycle programs.
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for Adobe Experience Platform solutions (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA).
- Document segmentation logic, audience structures, messaging triggers, and data dependencies to support activation strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunity areas, prioritize use cases, and align business goals with technical capabilities.
- Create measurement and reporting requirements aligned with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and architecture teams to validate feasibility and ensure alignment across delivery streams.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and journey design discussions with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Support backlog refinement and ensure clear, structured user stories for Agile delivery teams.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across journey design, execution, and performance tracking.
