Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, customer analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey programming, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience managing both structured VOC programs and ad hoc research initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and evolving processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, and deploy Voice of the Customer (VOC) surveys using Qualtrics, ensuring high-quality data collection across customer touchpoints.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot survey workflows, automations, triggers, and integrations with CRM and other connected systems.
- Develop and manage both recurring and ad hoc research projects in collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, product, and business teams.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, customer needs, and actionable business insights.
- Create clear, structured reports and presentations that translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and act as a consultative partner in interpreting research results and implications.
- Support ongoing improvement of internal research capabilities, helping streamline processes and reduce reliance on external vendors.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in data handling, research execution, and reporting deliverables.
- Contribute to broader team initiatives and strategic projects supporting customer experience and business growth.
