Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain freight rate contracts and transportation data within internal systems
- Analyze transportation costs and freight data to identify inconsistencies and process improvements
- Support customer communication by resolving freight rate issues
- Collaborate with global internal teams to manage contract updates and system workflows
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of freight rate records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data quality and system processes
