Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, specifically accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Mandatory experience in healthcare, medical device, cosmetic, or aesthetics-related industries
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP accounting systems
- Experience handling high-volume transactions with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve discrepancies independently
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and customer-facing interactions
- Prior remote work experience using tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile and transfer financial data between ERP systems and QuickBooks Online
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances with customers
- Resolve billing issues, credit discrepancies, and payment disputes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across general ledger accounts
- Support month-end close processes and assist with financial reporting activities
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records across systems and platforms
