Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including LDAP, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade identity solutions across hybrid, cloud, and SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-value sessions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security ecosystems including SIEM, SOAR, PAM, XDR, NDR, CNAPP, and ITDR.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience working in partner-led enterprise sales environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with directory services, scripting, or IAM tools is considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert in identity and access management solutions during the sales process.
- Partner with sales teams to support complex enterprise deals and drive technical win strategies.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-value sessions, webinars, and conference presentations.
- Engage with customers to identify pain points and translate them into tailored identity security solutions.
- Design solution architectures involving IAM integration, cybersecurity ecosystems, and enterprise interoperability.
- Support deal progression through technical validation, architecture alignment, and customer advisory discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with partners and ecosystem vendors to enable successful solution adoption.
- Act as a thought leader in identity security, staying current on IAM, cybersecurity, and zero-trust trends.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and market insights.
