Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role at a B2B API or infrastructure company
- Proven track record executing the technical pre-sales motion
- Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns (OAuth, JWT), webhook architecture, and integration debugging
- Experience designing and building complex integrations for fintechs, banks, or neobanks
- Strong knowledge transfer skills
- Clear, structured communication skills for calls, design reviews, and handoffs
- Experience writing RFPs and documenting solution approaches
Responsibilities
- Run technical discovery with prospective customers alongside sales
- Map customer architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to product suite
- Surface recurring customer asks and product gaps to inform the roadmap
- Design tailored solutions including customizations and bespoke integrations
- Scope and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate technical feasibility
- Own a structured handoff to the Implementation team
- Execute and improve the pre-sales playbook
