Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building modern web applications in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Experience leading complex frontend feature development from discovery through deployment.
- Solid understanding of state management patterns and data fetching strategies.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and working in distributed system environments.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and elevate team technical capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD practices, and modern frontend tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced front-end features for a mission-critical web application.
- Build and maintain scalable applications using React, TypeScript, and component-based architecture principles.
- Define and evolve frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and UI consistency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices in frontend development.
- Contribute to API integration and backend systems when needed to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in technical decision-making and help drive long-term frontend strategy.
