Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages with deep expertise in at least one.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles and distributed system design.
- Experience building APIs, cloud-based services, and scalable backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system reliability concepts.
- Ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions from design to production deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance trade-offs across scalability, cost, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and improving team-level engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems supporting digital product experiences.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and engineering patterns to improve scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and operational stability.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Own and deliver medium to large-scale initiatives from design through production with minimal oversight.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, code quality, and system design standards.
- Partner across teams to resolve dependencies and ensure seamless system integration.
