Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including RTCDP, AJO, and CJA.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end data workflows: ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and measurement.
- Experience designing and implementing XDM schemas, identity graphs, and data modeling frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and transformation processes.
- Experience with consent management, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with B2B data structures such as account hierarchies, opportunity tracking, and lead attribution.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Adobe Query Service/Data Distiller is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to work in enterprise-scale, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to operate independently in complex technical delivery environments with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components including XDM schemas, datasets, identities, events, and Experience Data Models.
- Build and manage ingestion pipelines using batch and streaming sources, connectors, transformations, and APIs.
- Configure identity resolution frameworks including identity graphs, stitching logic, and profile unification rules.
- Translate business and conceptual use cases into end-to-end technical implementations across RTCDP, AJO, and CJA.
- Design and support segmentation and activation workflows, ensuring accurate audience creation and delivery to downstream systems.
- Model and map CRM, behavioral, transactional, and event data into structured XDM frameworks.
- Support B2B data structures including account hierarchies, lead mapping, opportunity modeling, and buying group structures.
- Implement governance, consent management, and compliance rules across data workflows.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader solution architecture.
- Produce documentation, technical runbooks, and client-facing deliverables to support implementation and ongoing operations.
