Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals ($5M+ annually).
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, or warehousing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
- Cross-sell additional services including freight forwarding.
- Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
