Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales, or related technical leadership roles
- Proven experience working with hyperscale data center customers and large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, data center power distribution, and project lifecycle execution
- Experience managing teams and developing talent
- Ability to handle pricing negotiations, scope changes, and complex customer requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification and/or Master’s degree considered a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of project managers
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance
- Drive technical and commercial decision-making, including product configuration and pricing
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, factory, and field service teams
- Manage escalations, customer claims, and executive-level relationships
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
