Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations, program management, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership support roles in SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Strong ability to operate across complex, cross-functional organizations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials and presentations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new domains and translate complexity into structured action plans.
  • Experience working across both technical and go-to-market teams in fast-paced, distributed environments.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on execution and accountability.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting globally distributed leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and drive operational cadence across senior leadership, including staff meetings, leadership syncs, and recurring business reviews.
  • Track action items, commitments, and dependencies across teams, ensuring follow-through and timely escalation of blockers.
  • Coordinate organizational workflows such as onboarding tracking, open roles, and key initiative progress across supported leaders.
  • Develop leadership communications, including agendas, town halls, and executive updates, synthesizing inputs into clear and structured messaging.
  • Support SOW and vendor lifecycle management, including tracking deliverables, milestones, and execution risks.
  • Act as a coordination hub between go-to-market, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
  • Maintain visibility into cross-functional priorities and help ensure leadership focus is translated into execution across teams.
