Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Expertise managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback analysis.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as fintech or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the paid acquisition strategy and channel mix across search, social, affiliates, and emerging media.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and performance management.
  • Design and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Build forecasting and performance models to guide strategic investment decisions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance acquisition capabilities.
  • Oversee external partners including agencies and technology vendors.
  • Deliver regular performance readouts and executive-level insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
