Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a people management role.
- Expertise managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback analysis.
- Experience using analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech or financial services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the paid acquisition strategy and channel mix across search, social, affiliates, and emerging media.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and performance management.
- Design and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Build forecasting and performance models to guide strategic investment decisions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance acquisition capabilities.
- Oversee external partners including agencies and technology vendors.
- Deliver regular performance readouts and executive-level insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
