Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical sales, or field application engineering.
- Experience in semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or consumer electronics industries.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and device physics.
- Proven ability to work in regional or field-based commercial roles.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Highly self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional marketing strategies by adapting global priorities to local market needs.
- Own regional KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline development, and market share.
- Drive demand generation initiatives and regional campaigns.
- Identify new customer segments through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Feed customer and market feedback into global product and roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution to accelerate deal progression.
- Optimize pricing and commercial positioning for regional opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and quality teams.
- Track and report regional performance metrics.
