Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical sales, or field application engineering.
  • Experience in semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and device physics.
  • Proven ability to work in regional or field-based commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Execute regional marketing strategies by adapting global priorities to local market needs.
  • Own regional KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline development, and market share.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives and regional campaigns.
  • Identify new customer segments through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Feed customer and market feedback into global product and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales and distribution to accelerate deal progression.
  • Optimize pricing and commercial positioning for regional opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and quality teams.
  • Track and report regional performance metrics.
