  • Proven ownership of revenue targets with accountability for delivery, growth, and margin performance.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ad Manager 360, including trafficking, reporting, forecasting, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising ecosystems (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data modeling.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline and campaign tracking.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising economics, including cost management and vendor negotiations.
  • Ability to build scalable processes, operational frameworks, and automation-driven workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, and revenue-driven environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong bias toward execution and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Ad Operations delivery, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets with a strong focus on growth and margin performance.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign performance, inventory insights, and client behavior.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to structure and activate revenue expansion opportunities and optimize campaign packaging.
  • Oversee campaign execution across display, native, newsletter, and programmatic channels, ensuring accuracy, pacing, and KPI delivery.
  • Define and enforce quality assurance standards, including pre-launch checks, escalation frameworks, and root-cause analysis processes.
  • Optimize inventory utilization and yield across digital properties while collaborating with programmatic and yield management teams.
  • Manage operational costs, vendor relationships, and margin optimization initiatives to improve overall business efficiency.
  • Lead sales enablement efforts by equipping teams with tools, training, and materials to effectively position ad products.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, implementing automation, and leveraging AI-driven optimization tools.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Ad Operations team, fostering accountability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics teams to enhance systems, tools, and campaign performance.
