Requirements

  • Strong experience in business transformation, operations, product management, marketing operations, or AI strategy roles.
  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows, operational processes, and organizational change management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, prioritize strategically, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, no-code/low-code systems, or workflow orchestration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities including automation, generative AI, summarization, classification, and agentic workflows.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence teams, drive adoption, and lead organizational change initiatives effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly dynamic, and globally distributed environments.
  • Experience building internal communities, champion networks, or collaborative enablement programs is considered an asset.
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the AI transformation strategy for the marketing function, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Analyze and map operational workflows to identify opportunities where AI can significantly improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
  • Prioritize AI initiatives, balancing stakeholder needs, business impact, and resource allocation to maximize value delivery.
  • Partner closely with technical AI teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code and low-code platforms.
  • Build and manage AI-enabled workflows, agents, automations, and operational processes to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Drive adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and long-term engagement with AI solutions.
  • Establish communication channels, training initiatives, and feedback loops to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and AI best practices.
  • Monitor AI solution performance through KPIs, evaluations, and continuous optimization efforts.
  • Coordinate and support a network of internal AI champions to expand organizational adoption and innovation capabilities.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, trends, and tools to continuously evolve operational strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
