Requirements
- Deep knowledge of your function's operations and process flow.
- Proven strategic prioritization skills with a focus on business outcomes.
- Product management mindset with experience in backlog management and metrics.
- Strong communication and influence skills to drive change.
- Experience building peer networks or communities of practice (e.g., guilds or champion programs).
- Comfortable building with AI tools; ability to troubleshoot and configure agents.
- Strong conceptual understanding of AI (summarization, generation, automation, agentic workflows).
- Ability to map structured and unstructured data flows.
Responsibilities
- Own your function's AI strategy, aligned with your Executive Sponsor and business priorities.
- Map how work flows across your function end-to-end to identify constraints and 100x improvement opportunities.
- Manage intake of AI requests and prioritize strategically against business outcomes.
- Reimagine workflows and drive adoption through channels, rituals, and feedback loops.
- Build and bridge a Champion network to extend reach across sub-teams.
- Build AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms like Glean or Workato.
- Author and iterate on skills files and configure MCP servers and tools.
- Accountable for performance tracking, evaluations, and iteration of the agent fleet.
