Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and enterprise client accounts.
  • Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments.
  • Background in technology, localization, language services, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Experience preparing client-facing documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, workflows, and post-mortem analyses.
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability.
  • Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as GlobalSight, SDL TMS, Idiom WorldServer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate global cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, estimates, and proposals aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Partner closely with production and quality teams to continuously improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Support financial tracking activities, including invoicing approvals, budget reconciliation, margin management, and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations, and client-facing documentation such as SOWs, proposals, workflows, and post-project analyses.
