Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and enterprise client accounts.
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments.
- Background in technology, localization, language services, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Experience preparing client-facing documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, workflows, and post-mortem analyses.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability.
- Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as GlobalSight, SDL TMS, Idiom WorldServer, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate global cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, estimates, and proposals aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Partner closely with production and quality teams to continuously improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reporting, and recommendations.
- Support financial tracking activities, including invoicing approvals, budget reconciliation, margin management, and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations, and client-facing documentation such as SOWs, proposals, workflows, and post-project analyses.
