Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in integrated strategy within a social-first agency environment.
- Deep expertise in brand positioning, narrative development, and content ecosystems.
- Advanced experience with cultural research, analytics, social listening, and performance frameworks.
- Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Extensive experience presenting to and influencing senior executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to scale systems, frameworks, and operations.
- Strong record of contributing to new business wins and account growth.
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance strategic thinking and team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision for integrated Strategy across the agency.
- Establish scalable frameworks, standards, and methodologies for strategic rigor.
- Oversee development of complex brand, social, and communications strategies.
- Codify best practices across engagement planning, community management, and brand safety.
- Partner with Data & Insights to define KPI frameworks and performance storytelling.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Lead or co-lead strategic development for new business opportunities.
- Shape discipline org design and succession planning.
