- 6+ years of drinking water engineering experience or a Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering discipline with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
- 6+ years of drinking water engineering experience (or 5+ years with a Master's degree).
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within one year.
- Strong technical writing skills for reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Experience in supervising and training less experienced staff.
- Ability to coordinate efforts of other disciplines and outside consultants.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Develop and negotiate scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants.
- Serve as the Technical Lead for complex projects, coordinating across disciplines.
- Supervise and train less experienced staff.
- Develop technical approaches and fee estimates for proposals.
- Maintain quality control by reviewing designs, calculations, and basis of design.
- Lead construction administration tasks such as submittal reviews, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate and attend client meetings and public hearings.
