Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Florida.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT.
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Maintain clinical documentation and engage in virtual care platforms.
- Build and maintain a caseload of 15-25+ clients depending on role.
- Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Engage in weekly clinical community drop-ins.
- Adhere to neurodiversity-affirming clinical approaches.
