Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes.
- Deliver culturally responsive care.
- Attend clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Attend training to enhance clinical skills.
