Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
- Computer and live video tools literacy
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of 30 spots per week
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video
- Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs
- Assign digital lessons and assessments to monitor outcomes
- Deliver culturally responsive care
- Attend clinical consultation meetings
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews
- Manage risk and respond to clinical crises
